Integration with password managers (1password, Lastpass & Dashlane)
SUMMARY As a user I want to be able to log in easily in the web apps using my password manager (Dashlane, 1password, etc) so that I don’t have to copy paste the login and password every time I configure a new service. GIVE US CONTEXT (tell us about the current experience) When I configure a new service, I don’t know what login and password I used because in a browser, my password manager is automatically signing me in. PROVIDE DETAILS (tell us what you are looking to change) I’d like to have the same automatic/easy sign in experience than in the browser. DESCRIBE THE IMPACT (how would it change your experience) The main advantages for me are: Easier and faster to configure a new service No need to copy and paste the login and password from another app
Show a badge with an unread notifications counter in Station's taskbar icon / Have a badge on the Station taskbar icon
It would nice have a notification on Desktop shown by a red point (or other color). I did a image to represent it.
Have a dark or night mode / allow custom themes in Station / change UI color / add CSS styling
Hi guys, Firstly, thanks for the product. As a developer and a productivity geek, I can use my favourite tools together in Station App. But I’m also a dark theme geek. I use almost every tools with dark theme option or I switch theme via Stylus and [userstyles.org](http://userstyles.org). If you can add some adding/importing CSS feature , I’d be really happy. At night, I have to use Chrome instead of Station because of these dark theme options. Again thanks for the great app, have a great process!
Group apps together (in the dock) / stack apps in folders / categorize apps
Folders on the dock, to group apps together. And then maybe the folder would expand into a second dock where the different apps are shown like in the main dock. When I’m working without an external monitor, I have to scroll a lot in the dock (19 apps at the moment). And I really don’t like that. The scrolling part, but also don’t have an instant overview of all my apps. If I could group apps together that, for my workflow, are used together, I could bring back the overview and I won’t have to scroll in the dock. For example Tweetdeck, Facebook, Buffer are apps I use only when I’m doing a particular task. Even better would be that when the vertical space isn’t there, the apps would be grouped together in a folder or something. And when I’m on a big monitor, the apps would be normal in the dock, but maybe with a visual divider to show that the apps are actually grouped.
Colored Icons for apps in Sidebar
I like to find my apps quickly, and the lack of color in the app icons isn’t great for that. A setting to have colored icons always would be great.
Session syncing of apps and instances
For people who change computers often, logging in to their Station account should mean having all apps readily available and not needing to reconfigure everything from scratch.
Have multiple instances / profiles / workspaces of Station (for employees, part-timers, entrepreneurs, freelancers, students, etc.)
There are many freelancers and full+part timers using Station, and they would love to have one instance per project/work/client. It would be hella cool to add the ability to open multiple instances of Station to keep us, the Station groupies, organized and productivity-boosted.
Integrate Chrome extensions / support Grammarly, Todoist, Zoom, Hubspot for Gmail, Simplify, Gdrive offline, etc
SUMMARY Please please please bring grammerly onto this platform As an investment banker and economist, I would love Grammarly so that I can make sure the things I write are correct.
Add Separators In The Dock
SUMMARY (your need in one sentence) Lines or other separators so we can visually group app icons together in the dock. GIVE US CONTEXT (tell us about the current experience) I find it’s tough to keep the apps organized. I’d like to be able to group apps together and have visual separation. PROVIDE DETAILS (tell us what you are looking to change) I’d like a small line or something that can be dragged and used to separate groups of apps. DESCRIBE THE IMPACT (how would it change your experience) The main advantages for me are: being able to see groups of apps at a glance being able to group apps by feature or use etc. Thanks!
